Thing 37 - Photo Tales

I tried out all the links in this "thing" as I usually do. Don't want to miss anything!!! I did not spend a lot of time on each site because I just didn't have the time. But I can see where several of these sites like Animoto, Flickr Mosaics, One True Media, and the caption sites like BubbleShare and CaptionBubble could all be used in the library. I could use them myself but I can see where several classes could have fun with these tools and also teachers.

The video with music in the sidebar was made on Animoto. I set up an account on this site. This was a very fun site and I will be going back there often. I enjoyed making my video on Animoto and adding music to it. The only issue I had was embedding it into my blog. The only place it wanted to embed the video was on the sidebar of my blog and that worked but then half the pictures could not be viewed. I will be working on relocating it but have spent enough time with that for now!!! Patience sometimes only lasts so long.

I also enjoyed making the mosaic on Flickr Mosaics below. Not sure I would use that in the library but maybe will look more into some options for implementing the mosaic idea in some other way.
